Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sits alongside our Terms of Service. It applies to every person who accesses or uses NureComp — administrators, learners, super-admins, and anyone using shared deep links.
1. You will not
- Share your account credentials
- Use the platform to send spam or any unsolicited bulk communication
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or audit logging
- Reverse-engineer the platform, except where applicable law gives you that right
- Scrape the marketing site, the public verification page, or the Trust Centre at a rate exceeding what a reasonable manual visitor would generate
- Upload special-category personal data (UK GDPR Article 9) into the platform unless your DPA expressly accommodates it
- Use the platform to harass, intimidate, discriminate against, or surveil staff in a manner inconsistent with applicable employment or equality law
- Use the platform to publish content that is illegal in your jurisdiction of operation
- Resell access to the platform without an explicit reseller agreement with Nure Group Limited
2. Specific to AI features (Pro / Business / Enterprise tiers)
- AI feature outputs are not a substitute for legal, compliance, or professional advice. Treat them as drafts.
- Do not use the “Ask the Trainer” chat to solicit personal or sensitive advice about an identifiable third party.
- Do not feed the AI-drafted AUP generator any privileged, sensitive, or confidential content beyond what your organisation has already published or registered in the platform.
- Per-organisation AI spend caps apply; admins may adjust them in settings.
3. Reporting concerns
Report any breach of this AUP (yours or someone else's) to abuse@nuregroup.com. Security vulnerabilities go to security@nuregroup.com.
4. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of this AUP. We aim to give notice first where it is safe and lawful to do so.
