Nure Group internal AI Acceptable Use Policy
This one-page policy applies to every employee, contractor, and director of Nure Group Limited (“Nure Group”, “we”).
Rules
- Use only AI tools listed on the internal AI register. See /internal/ai-register. If a tool you want to use isn't on the register, ask before adopting it.
- Treat AI output as a draft. Every output goes through human review by someone qualified in the subject before it reaches a customer, regulator, or external party.
- No customer Personal Data into any AI tool without explicit clearance. This includes customer admin emails, staff names, individual training records. Use redacted or synthetic samples instead.
- No production secrets, credentials, or sensitive configuration into any AI tool.
- Disclose AI involvement where authorship matters. Code commits authored with AI assistance carry a trailer noting it. Public-facing copy authored with AI is reviewed and edited before publication.
- Report incidents early. Anything that has gone wrong (a paste you regret, a hallucinated output that reached a customer, a tool behaving unexpectedly) goes to the founder within 24 hours via abuse@nuregroup.com.
Specific to NureComp's in-product AI features
- Customer prompts and outputs are logged for spend telemetry. We do not read individual customer conversations beyond aggregated cost metrics, except where investigating a reported incident.
- The mandatory “not legal advice” disclaimer in every Trainer response is non-negotiable.
- The AI-drafted AUP feature output is always marked “AI-drafted; requires legal review” in the generated document footer.
